After installing Leap 42.3 RC all CPU cores are fully loaded with
systemd-coredump processes. This makes the laptop unusable:

The laptop is unusable but it seems you managed to run "ps -ef" somehow...

ps -ef | grep dump
root 4880 2 0 Jun22 ? 00:00:06
/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-coredump 4861 1000 100 31 1498200980 single
root 4900 2 0 Jun22 ? 00:00:04
/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-coredump 4899 1000 100 31 1498200981 single
root 4907 2 0 Jun22 ? 00:00:08
/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-coredump 4882 1000 100 31 1498200985 single
root 4931 2 0 Jun22 ? 00:00:04
/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-coredump 4930 1000 100 31 1498200987 single

It looks like several processes have crashed and coredump is having troubles to
store the core dumps.

Does this happen during the boot process ?

If so could you try to capture the logs ?
