It turns out that OpenVPN 2.4.x added support for systemd sd_notify, and that's
the recommended way of using it. Using Type=forking will cause all sorts of
issues and we should just sync with upstream's systemd configs[1]. Fedora had a
similar issue in March[2] and they fixed it by switching to Type=notify.
I'm preparing a patch to fix it.
