Bug ID: 1041118
Summary: Add openSUSE manual in Help Browser or in
/usr/share/doc/manual, refer user to doc.opensuse.org
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE Distribution
Version: Leap 42.3
Hardware: Other
OS: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Enhancement
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Documentation
Assignee: fs@xxxxxxxx
Reporter: moritzrakow@xxxxxx

## Overview

There is no openSUSE manual in the GNOME Help Browser. No manual in
/usr/share/doc/manual. When opening the Help Browser, there is no reference to
openSUSE documentation at all, either doc.opensuse.org, or the Wiki.

Having a comprehensive user manual is a selling point for openSUSE, and we need
to make it easier to access the manual.

## Expected result

When opening the Help Browser, the user will be able to browse openSUSE
documentation, or at least see a page linking the online docs.

## Build and hardware

USB/DVD iso updated to build 0253.

## Additional notes

I don't know the usual timing of documentation release, but if little has
changed, we could link – with a disclaimer – to the Leap 42.2 documentation
if
the 42.3 version is not ready.
