There is a code in gkrellm_sensor_draw_temperature_decal(), which basically
means, if I understand correctly, that if the rectangle width, where the
temperature string should be displayed, is too small to display the string with
one-digit fractional part, then the temperature is displayed without the
fractional part.

What fixed the issue for me was, that I increased the width of gkrellm window
from 100 to 110.

The fractional part make sense to me, at least libsensors returns it. If you do
not agree, take this issue upstream.
