should be “Synchronise Now” on NTP server sync button

## Overview

In the “Change Date and Time” screen of the graphical installer, instead of
spelling “Synchronize now”, it should be “Synchronise Now” (change to
title
case and “-ize” to “-ise”).

## Steps to reproduce

1. Boot the NET iso into the graphical installer (not sure if internet
required)
2. Click through the screens until arriving at the “Clock and Time Zone”
screen with the large map.
3. Click on “Other Settings…” in the bottom right corner to get to the
“Change
Date and Time” screen.

The “Synchronize now” button is in the bottom half of the screen next to the
drop-down to select an NTP server.

## Build date and hardware

Build 0246 NET iso on VirtualBox 5.
