“Change Date and Time” screen with misaligned button focussed.

## Overview

In the “Change Date and Time” screen, the button “Synchronize now” looks
misaligned (screenshot attached). It is positioned a few px higher than the
drop-down for NTP server selection.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Start the graphical installer (not sure if internet required)
2. Click through the screens until arriving at the “Clock and Time Zone”
screen with the large map.
3. Click on “Other Settings…” in the bottom right corner to get to the
Date and Time” screen.

## Actual results

The “Synchronize now” button in the bottom half will be misaligned.

## Expected results

Pixel-perfect alignment.

## Build date and hardware

Build 0246 NET iso on VirtualBox 5.
