Ah, thanks. Looks like there is a bug in current python-qt4 as it should
require python3-sip(api) according to its spec file, but that does not appear
in the final rpm (both 4.12-4.1 from Tumbleweed and 4.12-156.2 from KDE:Qt).
Reassigning to python-qt4 maintainer.
