kde-odf-thumbnail is also provided by
calligra, but that's not installed by default and would require too much
space, so only ffmpegthumbs and kdegraphics-thumbnailers got added for now.

Just for clarification:
kde-odf-thumbnail is completely independent from calligra, it is a small
stand-alone package (with minimal Qt5 and KF5 dependencies) that provides a
simple thumbnailer for open document files.

calligra does provide a thumbnailer too (in the package
calligra-extras-dolphin), and this one should actually get installed
automatically if you install calligra (and yes, it does require calligra).

In that case it might be a good idea to install kde-odf-thumbnailer
nevertheless, even if users install calligra + its own thumbnailer afterwards?
