Luiz, I also tested this, and /etc/lvm is definitely writable and on the tmpfs
RAM disk we use during installation.

I don't know what happened in your case. In recent Tumbleweed this directory is
definitely writable.

Sorry, I don't think we can do anything more for you at this stage.
