So, the file from initial test-case is present. Let's do:

[3] tar --create -f 111000.tar 1110<Tab> <-- auto-completes up to existed
111000.txt.

But [3] is successful after system reboot only. Don't know why it didn't work
out after installing openSUSE-RU-2017:0258-1 update directly, but as is.
