Secure boot can be turned off manually in the firmware configuration menu. When
the TianoCore logo showed (in the very beginning), press "esc" to enter the
configuration menu. Select "Device Manager" -> "Secure Boot Configuration".
Press "space" on "Attempt Secure Boot" to enable/disable "Secure Boot". It
would require a reboot then.

I guess the guest booted with ovmf-x86_64-ms before so the MS keys were written
into NvVars. I'll try to reproduce the issue with my machine.
