[Bug 1006200] Weird (misleading?) package download progress at the end of installation

I watched the install of 42.2 RC2 more closely. I still saw bogus messages for kaddressbook5. The messages showed up when the last line in the main information panel was: ---> Saving the software manager configuration So this is consistent with it actually downloading repo metadata.
