[Bug 989903] Wrong path /usr/lib64/groff/grog in /usr/bin/grog

There seem to be problem with the split between groff and groff-full. The grog binary is in groff while the stuff in %_libdir is in groff-full. What do you think is better, moving grog to the "full" package or move the helper to the base package? What would be your prefference?
