Chromium changes bluetooth device name to something similar to
"ChromeLinux_A25E" everytime it launches. The bug has been fixed upstream to
just cover ChromiumOS: https://codereview.chromium.org/1810993002

Please upgrade Chromium in LEAP if possible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open chromium
2. check the bluetooth device name (in KDE in using bluetooth applet)
3. the device name should be similar to this "ChromeLinux_A25E".
Actual Results:
The device name is changed to "ChromeLinux_A25E" even if changed before
chromium launched

Expected Results:
It should not change the device name!
