Seems it's bug of bash-completion for systemd. Please, consider!

No ... it is completion *of* systemd.

Beside this: there is no completion for systemd from the side of systemd and
bash-completion is not responsible to provide this.

Also: it is not very helpfull for a daemon started only once at boot time to
add a completion for an interactive shell session (IMHO). That is as logn as
upstream of systemd does not add such a completion ther will be no
completion.
