Those two problems are unrelated.

First one ( original ) is problem that you mount by uuid, but disks do not have
it, so mount-by id is used instead. But there is some unknown udev link
Unknown udev device /dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_ST95005620AS_5YX1QH9B
workaround is to find where it is ( probably in /boot/grub2/device.map ) and
change it to existing udev link.

The second one is quite strange, as it report that storage do not know about
"/" mount point, I cannot say more without logs.
