I let the bug open, I guess you want to submit a maintenance update

When considering this update for maintenance...
https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/server:monitoring/cacti?linkrev=base&rev=36
I do not think this whole change is suitable for maintenance as per our
policies, unless the diff gets a serious cleanup.

Also your release openSUSE 13.1 is out of regular maintenance, and none of the
other providers of the package you mention are in the affected distribution
releases as far as I can see.

Recommend this to be left as a Tumbleweed change. Setting to previous status.

which will close it automatically.

No, bugs are not auto-closed upon release of a related maintenance update.
