http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=965503 Bug ID: 965503 Summary: Grub2's os-prober fails to detect the root partition formatted with BTRFS on my secondary drive Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: 13.2 Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Bootloader Assignee: jsrain@suse.com Reporter: rb03884@gmail.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- I'm running 13.2 (using ext4) on my primary drive. I have Leap 42.1 (btrfs) and Tumbleweed (btrfs) on my second drive. When I ran: grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg, both Leap and Tumbleweed's " / " root partitions formatted with btrfs could not be found. I had to switch back to ext4 so that Grub2 could find Leap and Tumbleweed's root partition. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
