[Bug 964423] os-prober incorrectly detects Windows partition (data partition) as "Windows 7 (loader)" when system partition already exists

While it could be trivial to add the blkid check for LABEL into
/usr/lib/os-probes/mounted/20microsoft, but currently the information isn't
insufficient to determine

1. Use black or white lists of LABELs .. I'd prefer the "black list" and expand
that list on demand to not accidentally drop the partition.

2. If use black list of LABELs, how to get the list of LABELs for Windows OS
partition by which shouldn't be probed ..?
3. If using white list, does LABEL="SYSTEM RESERVED" and LABEL="SYSTEM
RESERVED" covered all cases ?
4. Is there a possibility that system and os partitions the same one, in this
case what would be the LABEL ..?

Googling a while not revealing good result for those. :(
