That is a timeout. For some reason usbcore detects devices on empty ports. Can you boot with "usbcore.autosuspend=-1"?
Yes, I just added "usbcore.autosuspend=-1" to kernel command line. But nothing changed, still getting error "-110" and still slow. IMPORTANT: Since last weekend I changed some BIOS settings and did not write it down and can't remember. Sorry for that. Now, I can't reproduce this issue always anymore. And the way described above is not up to date. So the way installing 13.2 is not needed. But it can >sometimes< still happen. I just got this error by reinstalling leap.
