Michael Chang
The boot loader has been placed on sdb only, not on sda. And qemu tried to boot from sda. So that needs to be fixed. Afaik this is known, Hannes complained about it as well. Adding Michael.
The use cause should have been covered by FATE#305008: Failover boot configurations for md arrays with redundancy But, afaik, YaST2 storage determines it by some more criteria, for eg, it has to be MD RAID1 for two disks and has to be the same geometry and layout of partition etc. If one of the requirement don't met, the "Enable Redundancy for MD Array" option won't be provided by YaST2 bootloader for installing bootloader on all member disks of MD RAID1 array. I CCed Josef and Jiri if you want more information about the feature. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
