I think the bug might not be only on client side but also on server side (NetApp) I have an idea to ask also support company for NetApp to help fix this bug. (while we are paying them to the support).
I haven't seen any evidence of a problem on the server side, and if you reported to Netapp, they would just ask you for network traces showing the problem. If you can get those traces, then it makes sense for me to look at them first. We've already found a fixed one bug thanks to good traces.
