http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=934828 Bug ID: 934828 Summary: iproute2 distribution data packaged in wrong directory Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: 13.2 Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 13.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: nvbugs@hhecht.e4ward.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- The probability distribution files in the iproute2 package, and used by tc, are packaged in /usr/share/tc. This may make sense, as they are ASCII, but tc looks for them in /usr/lib64/tc. As a result, things like: tc qdisc change dev $if root netem delay 100ms 20ms distribution normal result in No distribution data for normal (/usr/lib64/tc//normal.dist: No such file or directory) So, either the *.dist files need to go in %{_libdir}/tc, or tc needs to be patched to look in /usr/share. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
