I was able to bypass this crap by symlinking mod_cgid from /usr/lib64/apache2-event in /usr/lib64/apache2 cause I'm knowing what mpm I'm using :-)
Bruno, if I understand correctly, that is completely other bug :). What do you write here is fixed by sr#311264. This bug is about apache-20-22-upgrade script, not about find_mpm script.
