wifi hotspot

My wireless network doesn't work while connecting hotspot "AttachemateGroup",
the pc's model is Thinkpad T440s.

the "connect" button is disabled in 2.png, I don't know why.

I tried to use wpa_supplicant command:

jun:/Repos/linux-3.12.28-4 # cat /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf
ctrl_interface=/var/run/wpa_supplicant
ctrl_interface_group=wheel

network={
ssid="AttachmateGroup"
eap=TLS
identity="jhu"
password="AAAA"
key_mgmt=WPA-EAP
phase1="peaplabel=0"
phase2="auth=MSCHAPV2"
scan_ssid=1
}

the "AAAA" represents my groupwise password.

jun:/Customer/suse/nm_issue # wpa_supplicant -c
/etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf -i wlan0 -dddt -f a.log

you can check the log file.
