http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=911520 --- Comment #6 from Jan Ritzerfeld <suse@bugs.jan.ritzerfeld.org> --- Sorry, the VBoxClient totally messed up my 13.1 measurements! I uninstalled the virtual box guest additions on 13.1: Then, mysqld of the 13.1 virtualbox machine with 1 CPU assigned causes 4-6 wakeups per second, i.e., about 33% of the total number of wakeups per second. mysqld of 13.2 with 1 CPU still increases the wakeups per second by 100%. myqsld of 13.1 with 2 CPUs assigned causes 18-20 wakeups per second, i.e., about 50% of the total number of wakeups per second. mysqld on 13.2 with 2 CPUs increases the wakeups per seconds by 0-25%. And you are correct, installing MariaDB 10 on 13.1 doesn't change much. Thus, I removed it from the title of the bug report. Nonetheless, mysqld causes way too much wakeups while doing nothing, even with 13.1. And, it's getting worse with 13.2. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
