"git fetch <https_remote>" in commandline uses SSH_ASKPASS and opens
Ksshaskpass and kwallet gui.
Unsetting SSH_ASKPASS helps to let git just ask me for username(password) as it
should.

It's broken in several ways:
1. Why SSH_ASKPASS is set per default?
2. Why a well known command line tool "git" opens arbitrary gui apps like
kwallet at all? It even steals the focus from terminal.
3. Why it tries to get https passwords via SSH_ASKPASS (ssh!) variable?
4. It even started kwallet from kde4 although I'm on KDE3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
# tested on KDE3 session in kde3 konsole
git init foo
cd foo/
git remote add bar https://github.com/blubba/nase
git fetch ba
