Firefox/28.0

The rsyslog packages is a fundamental part of every linux system.

Selecting the "minimal server system without X" during install does not include
(r)syslog at all (as it has been in the past, as far as I remember).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OpenSUSE 13.1
2. Do not select KDE/Gnome, instead select minimal system template during
install
3. log in and check for syslog :-)
Actual Results:
No syslog installed at all

Expected Results:
Syslog is up and running
