systemd fails to write to /dev/tty0:

[ 1.284445] systemd[1]: Failed to open /dev/tty0: No such file or directory
[ 1.968432] systemd-vconsole-setup[306]: Failed to open /dev/tty0: No such
file or directory

/dev/ gets mounted via:

S11boot.localfs

Your script starts much earlier:

S01rootsh-shell-check

it wants to write something, but if /dev is not mounted yet, this will most
probably fail, since it has no device to write to.

The early start of your scipt is due to missing dependencies.
I would recommend to set at least localfs as a dependency.
