After the installation openSUSE - 13.1, Turkish language packages were
installed by Yast. After that by using Gnome Settings the language turned into
Yast modules don't start when the language is in Turkish and also max CPU load.
When the language return English, Yast modules work properly and no max CPU

The available command to launch Yast is "/usr/bin/xdg-su -c /sbin/yast2"
If I use the command "LC_ALL=C xdg-su -u root -c /sbin/yast2", instead of the
original one, Yast modules work properly but in English.
