--- Comment #9 from Michel Schaffers <michelschaffers@xxxxxxxxx> 2014-04-05

This is an update of the issue:
- I haven't changed anything since my last comments
- the original issue seems to be gone
- some boots fail, this seems to be linked to those lines in messages:
[ 9.137719] ACPI Warning: 0x0000000000000b00-0x0000000000000b07 SystemIO

[ 9.140011] EDAC amd64: DRAM ECC disabled.
[ 9.140017] EDAC amd64: ECC disabled in the BIOS or no ECC capability,
module will not load.
[ 9.140017] Either enable ECC checking or force module loading by setting
'ecc_enable_override'.
[ 9.140017] (Note that use of the override may cause unknown side effects.)

The only problem is the boot that fails sometimes. Once succeeded, the system
is reliable.

I do not intend to do anything right now. I can live with the system as it is.
I will do a clean install some time in the future. The more I wait, the bigger
is the chance to get a reliable système.
