System has two network adapters (one LAN and one WAN both with static IP addresses) 2. Start the Virtualization installation application and select KVM (Not sure if Xen is affected) 3. Tell it to automatically create the bridged network adapters Actual Results: Everything is created as it should apart from the default gateway was not changed for IPv4 from old adapter to the new 'br' adapter. Expected Results: IPv4 gateway configuration should be updated accordingly My system has two network adapters, both with static IP addresses. One (LAN) is connected to my LAN (192.168.100.x) and the other (WAN) has a public facing static IP address. My machine was configured to use the 'WAN' adapter as the default IPv4 gateway. After installing KVM virtualization support and allowing the setup to create the bridged network, Internet access stopped working. Turned out that it was because the IPv4 gateway was still set to the original 'WAN' interface rather than the newly created 'br1' (in my case). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
