Starting amavisd on a fresh 12.1 install brings up some warnings about missing decoders in the log.
amavis[21254]: No decoder for .7z tried: 7zr, 7za, 7z
package "p7zip" in 12.1 OSS

/usr/bin/ar is part of the "binutils" package
Please add Requires: or Recommends: for those packages.

amavis[21254]: No decoder for .lha tried: lha
package "lha" in Contrib - unfortunately nobody moved it to Factory yet :-( (Nevertheless adding a Recommends won't hurt and will help people using the Contrib repo.)
Contrib repo is dead.
Besides that, amavisd can use altermime which is also in Contrib - might also be worth a Recommends:
