Can you please verify if you have typelib-1_0-Gtk-3_0 installed, and if not: install it to verify if this error disappears? the rpm contains an (automatic detected) dependency on typelib(Gtk), but I think system-config-printer forgot to mention that it should be Gtk 3.0.
