Thanks from me too, Volker.
I've just cleaned up the CrossToolchain:avr project a bit and deleted the two
binutils variants that were there as well as the now unneeded copy of libftdi.
If gcc 4.8 is as great as you say and there is no need anymore to have an
additional version for Arduino compatibility, I wonder if it would make sense
to make a clean sweep and drop all but the latest gcc version from the project.
This would be:
- avr-gcc-436
- avr-gcc-453
- avr-gcc-462
- avr-gcc-47-20111105
- avr-gcc-master
- avr-libc-gcc47
Any objections?
BTW, does anyone here actually use the SLE_11_SP2 builds or could we just drop
that target?
Jürgen, does the "wrightflyer" package still serve any useful purpose? It
doesn't build any RPMs by itself and hasn't been touched for more than three
years.
