https://www.suse.com/ is no longer valid for opensuse RN.
http://software.opensuse.org/131/en now links to
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1/, but that's also
not that great because the contents at
https://doc.opensuse.org/release-notes/x86_64/openSUSE/13.1/ looks outdated.
What we have in
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:13.1:Update/release-notes-openSUSE
is newer.
Lars, can you please help and clarify what needs to be done?
