In earlier versions of openSUSE (e.g., 12.2) bash completion works for
systemctl.

In openSUSE 13.1 bash completion does not work. Here's why:

On 12.2:

$ rpm -ql systemd | grep bash_completion
/etc/bash_completion.d
/etc/bash_completion.d/systemd-bash-completion.sh
$

On 13.1:

$ rpm -ql systemd | grep bash_completion
$



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type "systemctl restart " on the command line
2. Press TAB
3. Notice no services are shown
Actual Results:
No services are shown.


Expected Results:
Services are shown.
