I have the same problem with KDE. In System settings, there is a warning
"Es sind keine Bluetooth-Adapter gefunden worden." (No bluetooth adapters
found).
The symbol in the task bar shows a running bluetooth, however nothing really
works. With openSuse 12.2, bluetooth works.
My 12.3 system is
3.7.10-1.16-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri May 31 20:21:23 UTC 2013 (97c14ba)
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
