Sorry, I have reopened this bugreport again. It is not fglrx related issue.
This issue is affected all kernel modules that have following code:
#ifdef CONFIG_EFI
#ifdef EFI_BOOT
return efi_enabled(EFI_BOOT);
#else
return efi_enabled;
#endif
#endif
I repeat, this is not an fglrx issue. This is a common issue with the patch
"kabi-re-add-efi_enabled-variable.patch".
