The date/time applet is crashing intermittently when trying to modify the
settings. If you right-click on the applet and click on preferences it crashes.
A dialogue box pops saying "Clock has quite unexpectedly".

I am using openSUSE 12.3 64bit with Kernel version 3.7.10-1.16-desktop and MATE
version 1.6.1.
