The miinmum example

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/21.0

I have a minimal example that produces a different and wrong pdf when I compile
it with pdflatex from opensuse, but which works correctly when I compile it
with pdflatex on a installation directly from texlive.org (installed into
/opt/, as a portable version to avoid any mixup).

The package effected is the tikz package, but both versions report the same
version of this package.

I attach the minimum example in latex, the output from pdflatex opensuse and
the output from pdflatex texlive.org and then the log files of both runs, to
show that no package mixup was happening and that the versions of all packages
included are the same

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

2.
