[Bug 821763] After kernel update /boot/grub2/grub.cfg not updated. Impossible to boot the system

Hi Steffen,

You're right, the problem is caused by we're using kernel device name
(/dev/sd[a-z][0-9]*) in /etc/default/grub_installdevice and it's not a persist
naming wrt the physical disk where it's been installed..

It's been worked in 12.3 by using grub device (hdX,Y) in replace of kernel
device and resort to to map the grub device to a persistent naming
scheme ( ie like (hd0) <=> /dev/disk/by-id/...). I therefore anticipate this
problem get fixed in 12.3 ...
