This is really a minor enhancement request (minor = should be easy)

If there is a graphics problem during UEFI install, you have to hit 'e' on the
grub2 menu and edit the command line to insert "nomodeset". That's hard to
explain when trying to help people who are inexperienced with linux.

With a non-UEFI system, we can use F3 to set video choices during install.
However, that is not available for a UEFI boot of the 64-bit install DVD.

Perhaps also a good idea for the 64bit live media. And possibly a textmode
install menu item might be useful too.
