When opening a CSV file, Calc hangs. It must be killed since it becomes totally

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start to open a CSV file

Actual Results:
Program hang.

Expected Results:
Opens the file, asks about import options.

This occurs regardless of how Calc is started.
- Open Calc, use file::Open menu
- Use a file browser, double-click on the filename.

In all cases Calc must be killed.
