Summary: VSFTPD does not start due to missing another service
which depends
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE 12.3
Version: Final
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: P5 - None
Component: Network

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/19.0

In OpenSUSE 12.3, vsftpd service can not be started because it depends on
network-remotefs service, which can not be found in the services listing.

When I execute the command "systemctl status network-remotefs.service", console
gives me the following message:

network-remotefs.service
Loaded: error (Reason: No such file or directory)
Active: inactive (dead)

This makes, among other things, FTP server not working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install vsftpd.
2. Try to start vsftpd service.
3. Execute the command "systemctl status network-remotefs.service".
Actual Results:
The network-remotefs service is missing, and this makes vsftpd not working.

Expected Results:
There should be no problem to run vsftpd. I never had this problem.
