Then the pin-sensing on your machine is broken, unfortunately.

By the procedure below, you can turn off the auto-mute feature, so that you can
(must) adjust the speaker and the headphone volume/mute manually via alsamixer
& co.

1. Create a file containing the following lines in
/lib/firmware/alsa/no-hp-detect:

[codec]
0x111d7667 0x103c1475 0
[hint]
hp_detect = false

2. Add the following line to /etc/modprobe.d/99-local.conf (or whatever):

options snd-hda-intel patch=alsa/no-hp-detect

3. Reboot, adjust speaker volume/mute via amixer once:

% amixer -c0 set Speaker 100% unmute

If this still doesn't give the speaker output, give the alsa-info.sh output
again.
