It seems like the uaccess rules do not work anymore after todays update to
factory (plus kernel 3.9-rc2 from kernel:head):

I'm missing the "+" for ACLs :-)
I "fixed" rfkill already by chown()ing it to me, so that the gnome bluetooth
applet works again.
