Details: - system boots - splash screen with chameleon shows up, the green becomes brighter and brighter - suddenly monitor switches off, saying "no signal" - pressing Alt-left once: monitor switches on - message: "doing fast boot, creating device nodes with udev" - pressing Alt-left again: splash screen becomes visible again - now I can enter the pass-phrase for /home TIA for any help!
