Pre 12.3 this was fine for /boot/efi since every install had its own boot partition. Now as we consider "/boot/efi" as a shared partition between multiple OS installations this is of course dangerous. I will change the code to not mark "/boot/efi" to be formatted in that case any more. Similar reasons caused "/boot" not being proposed to be formatted. So far yast2-storage is not prepared to have "/boot" and "/boot/efi" as different filesystems.
