The whole error that is printed to log

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/19.0

Just purchased a brand new Dell Poweredge R320 and installed Opensuse 12.3

Trying to do anything network wise the NIC sort of dies and massive error is
printed to the log, starting with the following line:

2013-03-10T18:27:08.390413+01:00 blinky kernel: [ 507.445330] tg3 0000:02:00.0
em1: transmit timed out, resetting

I'll add the whole message as an attachment.

Occasionally these pop up on the console as well, seem related

kernel:[ 2889.484508] BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 23s! [ethtool:9357]

I have tried both default and vanilla kernel. Same behaviour.

Blacklisting the tg3 driver and the server seem operate normally.
